This will be a 3 lift GPC sanctioned competition and is open to any person who is a registered GPC member. This is a GPC sanctioned event and as such this event also gives lifters an opportunity to qualify for the GPC Australian Nationals. 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢 Date: 25th Feb Start time: 10am Where: Hunter Strength and Performance Competitors registration fee: $87.85 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁: TBA 𝗡𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼: 24-hour weigh in will be available and weigh in times are: 10am-12pm Saturday 24th Feb 8am-9am Sunday 25th Feb Medals will be awarded to weight class winners on TOTAL (gold, silver, bronze) and the overall male and female will be based on the Glossbrenner formula.
